Earlier this week Encore Electric, Inc. met with dozens of students from Colorado State University who are learning to become school counselors to show them a realistic career preview of life as an electrician and all the career paths that follow. Earlier this month, Encore Electric welcomed 12 girls to the Prefabrication and Tool Center in Aurora for the annual Career Week for GIRLS™. Created by the HOYA Foundation and Transportation and Construction GIRL, this event is an opportunity for girls aged 13-20 to see what it’s like to work in the construction and transportation industry. The Encore Electric Service team recently installed a unique set of color changing lights on the Millennium Bridge in Downtown Denver. The Millennium Bridge is a popular destination because of its unique ship-like design, and it's considered the world's first cable-stayed bridge to use post-tensioned structural construction. #EncoreElectric #MillenniumBridge

Congrats to our three Encore Electric apprentices who graduated this week from the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Montana four-year training program! They were among the 36 IEC Montana graduates who can now take the journeyman’s licensing exam to earn the status of an electrician – furthering their career in the skilled trades. We’re proud of their accomplishments that help our Montana team provide All Things Power, Technology, and Energy®! David Scott, Encore Electric’s Construction Industry Advocate and an IEC national board member, also spoke at the IEC Montana graduation ceremony, where he shared the importance of their electrical trade skills in meeting the state’s construction demand and future growth. #EncoreElectric
